HarryKindergarten

The second set of videos I want to tell you about I found on youtube. HarryKindergarten has made some of the most amazing videos ever!!! His videos range from transitions, to math, science, reading, social studies, even social skills like tattling and so much more. I also love that he uses some of the artists that I already use in the classroom. On his page he even says "My music is heavily influenced by Jack Hartmann. If you like Dr. Jean, Shari Sloane, Rhonda Crigger, Greg and Steve, or Mark D. Pencil, you might enjoy HarryKindergarten!" He is the one that got me hooked on youtube and hooked on finding more videos for use in my classroom. I have shared his videos with everyone at my school and they have been a big hit with us all! I couldn't decide which videos to share here so I thought I would share some of my class favorites from last year. These videos were requested DAILY by my class (I even got tears one time when I said we didn't have time!!!).

Here is his Super "E"!!!!! video teaching silent E. (Song by Mark D. Pencil)

Vowel Bat by Shari Sloane is an absolute must have for the classroom!!! I believe this video is the reason my kids learned the vowels so quickly this past year.

Here is one of the many math videos of his. Exercise and count by 5's by Jack Hartmann.

You can check out his youtube page here or like him on facebook here. He's in the process of creating a website where you will soon be able to purchase all his wonderful and amazing songs.
